Dr. Know subscriptions include the following components:

Provider Licenses
A monthly license fee for each provider who generates reports.

Interface Connections
A monthly fee for each connection to a 3rd party system. The option to pass this fee onto each connected party is available. There are no additional setup fees.

Services
Dr. Know services are billed based on service credits. One service credit is equal to one penny. When credits run out, you are automatically charged the same tier amount to top-off your account.
Services consume different credit amounts based on their complexity. Please visit the services page for consumption rates.

Dr. Know is designed to fit alongside your existing IT investments.
Our support engineers will work with your team and/or vendors to connect the products you use today to your Dr. Know subscription. We make this an easy process with a typical turnaround time of one or two business days.
Additionally, we host, monitor, support, and maintain all the required infrastructure.
There are no setup costs, just a monthly price per connection, which can be billed to the connected party when approved by both organizations.

All subscriptions come with premium support. We pride ourselves on top-notch customer service.
Our support engineers are ready to assist with setup, training, and ongoing support. Ticket submission is built directly into the product for user convenience.
